Due to continued growth my client wishes to recruit a Quantity Surveyor Switzerland Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Manager Advise on contractual matters - general and project level Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost Undertaking internal valuations and production of cost reports Reporting on budgets and variations Negotiate and agree subcontractors Specific Requirements 2 + years Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor/ Developer.
Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor/ Developer Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
