Client Profile & Information Management Associate - 6 month FTC

Responsibilities
* Input Investor Profiles, liaise with Wealth Management teams
* Ensure Investor Profiles are input with attention to detail to minimise error
* Guarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines, Client Asset Regulations, AML Regulations and Internal procedures
* Ensure clients are given access to myDavy online services, reissue usernames and passwords and 2FA codes
* Ensure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion
* Ensure client details are input with attention to detail to minimise error
* Understand and adhere to the rules of Euronext (Dublin), Financial Regulator and EU
* Assist in any queries related to Investor Profiles, client documentation and client accounts
* Maintains existing client data, liens, account restrictions, tax documents and accounts documents for existing clients
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services
* Experience in reviewing anti-money laundering documentation
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
