At The K Club we are currently seeking a dedicated and creative Demi Chef de Partie to join the trailblazing culinary team at The K Club.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth running of the section and ensuring our high standards of cuisine and hygiene are maintained.
* Prepare ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.
* Meticulously ensure all special requests made by our guests are met.
* Prepare dishes to the required specifications and contribute to continuous improvement conversations.
* Ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.
* Maintain an inclusive and respectful environment promoting a positive working atmosphere.
* Work well on your own initiative and within a close-knit team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.
* Passion and genuine interest in food at all levels.
* Friendly team player with an ability to work well under pressure.
* Familiar with all HACCP regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Flexibility in working hours.
