Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead financial operations across multiple entities and manage a Dublin‑based finance team. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership – Oversee financial operations, month‑end close, and reporting across multiple entitiesCompliance & Reporting – Ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions including tax and regulatory requirementsControls & Governance – Maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworksFinance Operations – Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and core accounting processesTransfer Pricing – Manage transfer pricing processes and documentation across the groupStakeholder Engagement – Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across the businessTeam Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance teamContinuous Improvement – Drive efficiencies, process improvements, and support strategic finance initiatives
