The role, Financial Accountant is a newly created role and will join a high performing finance team where you will be responsible and accountable for a portfolio of entities in the group and participate in the monthly and annual consolidation and statutory reporting processes.
This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant with 2+ years Post Qualified Experience looking for an organisation with opportunities to learn & develop and gain exposure to working with Senior Leadership team.
Responsibilities: Ownership of a portfolio of entities within the group including preparing and analysing monthly management accounts and reports Ownership of monthly unit sale process, including partnering with the sales team and external stakeholders.
Support the group reporting processes including intercompany transactions, consolidation, KPI reporting and board reporting Work as part of the team to ensure accurate consolidated P&L and balance sheet Participate in year-end reporting including financial statement preparation Liaise with external auditors Assisting in the preparation of Board presentations Support the annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes Business Partner with departments across the business, including providing informative analysis on margin, overhead and capex variances.
Reviewing and enhancing processes to streamline financial reporting and improve controls.
