The Role

As a Sales Agent, you will organise property viewings and provide detailed presentations to potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a strong client network through various channels.
2. Facilitate negotiations for sales agreements and manage the closing process.
3. Stay updated on market trends and new property listings.
4. Handle all necessary documentation efficiently.
5. Work with team members to ensure seamless sales processes.
6. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Sales Agent or in a similar role.
8. Experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
9. Hold a PSRA licence or working towards it.
10. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
11. Familiarity with the Dublin property market would be beneficial.
12. Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
