We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Workers. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development to provide high-quality care to our service users.
The role involves providing daily care and support to individuals, including:
* Assisting with daily routines and plans
* Supporting individuals in the community
* Developing skills and education, and achieving personal outcomes

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to service users
* Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and service users
* Contribute to enriching the lives of our service users
Requirements:
* No qualification required (all necessary training provided)
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU)
* Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
