* Negotiate the best deal possible
Lead reward projects:

Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards:
* Ideally within agile or fast-changing organisations
Experience with modern job architecture models:
* Skill-based pay

Strong analytical and benchmarking skills:
