Senior Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People & Property Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our compensation and benefits strategies.


Job Description

Lead reward and benefits processes:

* Annual pay reviews
* Annual salary benchmarking
* Flexible benefits windows
* Bonus

Develop and continuously evolve compensation and benefits frameworks:

* Ensure awareness and adoption is maximised
* Remain fit for purpose
* Aligned with agile principles
* Team-based work models
* Broader talent strategy

Design and manage base pay structures, variable pay plans:

* Incorporate meaningful step promotion thresholds
* Skill progression expectations

Support the development of skill- and role-based job architecture:

* Suitable for agile teams

Champion transparency and fairness in pay practices:

Develop new reward and benefits policies and processes:

* Based on business strategy
* Internal employee insight
* External best practice

Conduct regular benchmarking and external market analysis:

* Ensure competitiveness and relevance
* Across different geographies
* Talent segments

Manage external suppliers and partners:

* Regularly review service levels
* Negotiate the best deal possible

Lead reward projects:

Collaborate with internal communication and People teams:

* Drive understanding, trust, and adoption
* Clear, human-centered communication


Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards:

* Ideally within agile or fast-changing organisations

Experience with modern job architecture models:

* Skill-based pay
* Team-based bonuses
* Leveling frameworks

Strong analytical and benchmarking skills:

* Ability to derive insights
* Present clear and credible recommendations

Demonstrated knowledge across pay, bonus, benefits and pension solutions:

Emerging Reward and workforce trends:

* Understand and use to inform insights and recommendations

Commercial acumen:

* Clear understanding of correlation between commerciality of organisation and reward of employees

Ability to influence well at all levels:

Well organised and clear communicator:
