We’re hiring for an Accounts Payable Manager to support our growing Finance team!
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Accounts Payable Managers, you will be part of our growing team in Dublin and manage and coordinate the accounts payable function across all NFP Ireland entities.
We’re Looking For Someone With
Good organisation, someone self‑motivated with excellent time management skills
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
An accurate eye for detail and ability to question everything from a financial perspective
Strong people management skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Xero/Workday
Strong accounting/accounts payable background
BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
Using These Skills, You’ll Be
Managing and coordinating the central accounts payable function for a growing group of entities
Assisting in the onboarding of accounts payable activities for new acquisitions
Assisting with the development of the accounts payable function, including transitioning to a new finance system and control improvement
Overseeing the accurate processing of all payable invoices and credit notes
Reconciling accounts to supplier statements on a regular basis to ensure accounts are kept up to date
Creating and improving Accounts Payable internal control policies and procedures
Correctly applying VAT rules when processing invoices
Reviewing and processing employee expense
