Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle customer complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

* This role involves resolving customer complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
* The successful candidate will maintain accurate records by tracking complaint-related documentation and emails.
* Advanced MS Excel skills will be utilized for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data to optimize operations.

Key Requirements:

* Apa Certification in Loans & Regulations OR QFA Certification is essential.
* Candidates must have experience in complaint handling or customer service roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
* Familiarity with Phone and Internet Banking systems and tools is required.
* Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary for creating and analyzing data.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for managing challenging situations.
