Job Title: Training Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our training development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 35 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
* Design and deliver bespoke training programmes tailored to various roles within operations, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
* Maintain strict compliance with health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement training strategies to enhance capability across the business, through coaching, train-the-trainer programmes, and best practice sharing.
* Accurately record and report training data to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current and future training needs aligned with operational objectives.
* Support critical business projects, including onboarding, process improvement, and site initiatives.
