Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Civil BIM Technician based in Dublin. The Senior Civil BIM Technician will be responsible for:
* Utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as Civil 3d, Revit
* Daily tasks include preparing detailed civil drawings, Civil 3d Cut & Fill plans, Sections, Vehicle Tracking drawings, Drainage drawings, Revit modelling surfaces & drainage networks, Revit model underground services coordination with other disciplines)
* 3d models contributing to project planning, design and assisting in preparation of planning applications
* Assisting with general construction tasks
* Ongoing CPD, career advancement will be supported
Qualifications
* Civil Engineering knowledge across roads, drainage earthworks and buried services
* General Construction knowledge
* Familiarity in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is advantageous
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
