Construction Operations Manager Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:

Technical and Quality Control:

Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting site inspections and risk assessments. Promote a culture of safety among site workers.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
Record and manage site activities, including daily logs, site diaries, and progress reports. Provide updates on site progress at regular project meetings.
Resource and Material Management:
Monitor and manage on-site resources to ensure timely project completion. Work closely with procurement and logistics to secure materials as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Proficient in surveying and setting out techniques, knowledge of CAD and project management software.
