About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Training Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business outcomes and translate them into effective learning objectives.
* Determine appropriate learning methodologies and develop functional training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
* Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform training program decisions.
* Develop project plans that identify subject matter experts and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
* Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet their intended goals.
* Maintain an inventory of training programs and tools, and schedule them according to management priorities.
* Deliver high-quality work products that require minimal revision.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in program design and mentor junior staff members.
* Act as a product manager for training programs and represent the COO Training team in meetings.
