Dedicated to delivering high-quality, design-led products, we bring your vision to life with innovation and integrity.Role DescriptionTraditional Craft Ltd, is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Front of House professional.The successful candidate will be available to commence work as soon as possible. This is an office-based role located inDublin 2, with working hoursMonday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, andFriday, 8:30am – 2:00pm.Key ResponsibilitiesSales AdministrationProcess sales orders using Microsoft NAV and Excel; strong Excel skills are essential, ensuring all customer details, pricing, quantities, delivery instructions, and order notes are accurately enteredValidate orders prior to processing by checking stock availability, pricing agreements, and customer information to minimise errors and delaysLiaise with internal departments including sales, buying, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any discrepanciesReview and monitor order fulfilment to ensure orders are completed accurately and on timeHandle customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, and invoicing, providing clear and professional communicationGeneral DutiesAnswer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional mannerGreet and welcome clients and provide refreshments for meetingsRespond to and resolve customer queries via phone and emailReceive and sign for courier deliveries, distributing items to the relevant departmentsBook outgoing courier deliveries as requiredOrder stationary supplies and maintain accurate inventory levelsEnsure the office and showrooms are kept tidy, organised, and well stockedCarry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and providing administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team, along with other ad-hoc tasks as required.Candidate RequirementsStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiativeEnthusiastic, motivated, and confident approach to workStrong team player with a positive and cooperative attitudeAbility to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload, and prioritise tasks effectivelyPersonable with excellent communication skills and a professional, polite telephone mannerFamiliarity with Microsoft NAV and Business Central is advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSalary subject to experience - €32,000 to €36,000
