We are currently inviting applications from experienced Front Office professionals with 1–2 years' 4*/5* hotel experience to join our team.
As part of the Front Office team, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department, including reservations, guest check-in and check-out, room allocations, billing, and being the main point of contact for our guests.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years' previous 4*/5* hotel front office experience
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath (preferred)
* Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
* Handle reservations, guest enquiries and correspondence efficiently
* Ensure accurate billing and smooth check-in/check-out procedures
* Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management
* Uphold the highest standards of presentation, service and security
Hours: 8-hour shifts, five days over seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
