Your main responsibilities will include:

* Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance.

* Coaching and supporting managers on culture, performance, succession, and people management.

* Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives.

* Providing expert advice on employment law, policies, and industrial relations.

* Engaging with unions and leading employee relations processes.

* Collaborating on recruitment, onboarding, and wider HR projects.

* Driving continuous improvement in team effectiveness and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. You should also have extensive experience managing industrial relations and union engagements, proven knowledge of Irish employment law, and a third-level qualification in HR, Business or a related field (CIPD preferred).
