Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Manage and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
* Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate site staff to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
* Develop and maintain accurate project records and reports.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification.
* Possess main contracting experience and knowledge of residential development construction projects.
