Site Leadership Opportunity
This leadership position is a key site role responsible for supervising construction crews on a renewable energy project.
1. Lead and coordinate teams of operatives and subcontractors across all civil works including foundations, access roads, drainage, and hardstands.
2. Ensure works are completed safely to programme and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a similar role along with strong background in engineering ideally on large infrastructure or renewable projects. Key areas of focus include:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* 5+ years management experience within the construction industry;
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high-level communication skills as well as being able to manage staff effectively; ensuring that work is carried out efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills alongside being proactive. The ability to motivate others through clear direction while maintaining open lines of communication plays a crucial part.
