This is an ideal position for someone currently working in an Aftersales
environment and who is looking to advance & progress their career in the
Motor Industry or someone who has excellent customer service skills and administration experience.

* Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times
* Scheduling check-in of vehicles for the workshop and providing explanatory breakdown of billing, along with completion of daily job cards
* Experience of dealing with customers is essential
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills is a pre-requisite for this position
* Computer Skills and Knowledge of all Microsoft applications essential for this role
* Carry out administrative duties for the aftersales department
* Knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge Dealer Management System would be a distinct advantage
