Sacred Heart University is seeking passionate and knowledgeable adjunct instructors with expertise across various dance disciplines. The ideal candidate should possess a master's degree in dance or a closely related field. Prior experience in teaching dance at the undergraduate level and choreography is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach up to 6 semester credit hours (up to two courses) in the designated dance discipline.
* Provide on-campus instruction.
Qualifications and Skills
* A Master's degree is required for teaching undergraduate courses.
* Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
* Strong ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Current and relevant professional credentials are advantageous.
* Experience in college or university-level teaching.
* Proven track record of teaching excellence.
* Relevant industry experience is preferred.
