We are hiring for a great opportunity within our Retinal Technicians team for Newbridge, Co. Kildare, and the surrounding counties. The role involves Eye Photography, used to identify damage to the retina caused by diabetes complications. Experience is not essential, making this a great opportunity for someone entering healthcare or looking to develop their skills in the field. Our professional team will support you every step of the way towards becoming a specialist.
Our Team
You will be part of the national programme, working alongside Senior Diabetic Retinal Technicians, the Team Leader, and other programme seniors, supported by the administration team, programme manager, and clinical lead. Our team members are or are becoming subject matter experts in Retinopathy, ensuring you have the necessary support.

The role involves travel to health centres and clinics using a company vehicle.
Qualifications
We want to set you up for success, so here are the key skills we’re looking for:
* Experience is not required
* A passion for customer care and positive patient outcomes
* IT literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
* Initiative, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills
* A strong work ethic and proactive approach, as you’ll work largely unsupervised after training
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
