We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Relief Receptionist/Administrator Officer (Grade III) to join our team in Cork Children’s Services, Curraheen, Carrigrohane, Cork.

Contract Type: Relief

Contract Hours: Variable Hours, as and when

Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42,805pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: Annual leave entitlement is 10.7% of hours worked

Overview of the Post:

The post-holder will provide front of house reception duties and a wide range of general administration supports to the service as required.

The successful candidate will have

· Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education

· A minimum of 1 years’ reception/front of house experience

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Full Clean Drivers Licence

· Qualification in administration or similar

· Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector

· ECDL or similar
