Summary of the Role
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.
This position facilitates engineering charge orders, oversees and maintains quality system documentation, site calibration throughout the facility, and quality records management. Assists in various document control activities such as database data entry, scanning, filing, emailing process owners for deliverables tracking, and other activities as assigned.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Document control
2. Process document changes through the established change control pathway
3. Track progress and record tasks for all activities
4. Make suggestions for combining, separating, and timing of changes according to planned activities and resource requirements
5. Attend regular team meetings to stay current with tasks and deliverables
6. Liaise with customer’s primary contacts for documentation, quality, and regulatory matters to ensure effective communication within change control processes
7. Facilitate changes within record management and maintenance requirements of the quality system documentation and records
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in documentation control in medical or other regulated fields preferred but not required
* Experience with electronic data management systems such as Grand Avenue, IFS, or Master Control is a plus
* Working knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
* Strong organizational, communication skills, and attention to detail
