We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and ambitious professional to handle multiple administrative and customer service responsibilities. The Service Advisor role involves managing back-of-house processes to create a seamless customer journey.

What You'll Do
* Provide effective and courteous service to visitors, customers, and employees
* Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines, and respond to management requests
* Collaborate with local body shops to gather updated repair estimates and note repair quality and turnaround times
* Create purchase orders to ensure timely progression of third-party repairs
* Support workshop communication with customers during vehicle servicing and manage response times in communication queues
* Manage unscheduled and forward appointments to optimize workshop scheduling and enhance customer experience
* Assist with loan vehicle administration related to customer appointments
* Coordinate parking arrangements on site with Front of House
* Manage the loan vehicle fleet, including maintenance, distribution, and returns
* Conduct audits of loan vehicles
* Handle account receivables for site-specific vehicles and follow up on outstanding balances
* Assist customers with queries, bookings, and vehicle use education as needed
* Ensure an excellent customer experience daily
