The Role
We're seeking an ambitious and dedicated Trainee Manager to join our leadership development program.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering comprehensive management training across all aspects of hotel operations.
You'll work closely with our experienced management team while gaining hands-on experience in our hotel, restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management Training
Rotate through all hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing
Learn revenue management, occupancy optimisation, and pricing strategies
Understand hotel systems including PMS, channel management, and operational software
Assist with daily operational challenges and problem-solving
Team Leadership Development
Shadow senior managers and learn leadership techniques
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational decisions
Develop skills in managing diverse teams across multiple venues
Guest Experience Management
Handle guest complaints and special requests with management oversight
Learn to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
Understand the full guest journey from booking to checkout
Develop skills in creating memorable experiences across all touchpoints
Multi-Venue Operations
Gain experience across hotel, Nelligan's Bar & Restaurant, and CASK venue
Understand different operational models and customer segments
Learn event management and coordination across multiple spaces
Develop skills in managing diverse revenue streams

Desirable Qualifications
1-2 years experience in hospitality service
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
