Our client is the premier distributor of alcoholic beverages in beautiful Bermuda. They are seeking a special individual to lead and manage all aspects of the organization’s Inbound Distribution Center and when required, provide leadership for the Fulfillment Center operations as well. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone that enjoys a small team environment and leads by example.
Job-related Experience Required:
* At least 2-5 years as a manager in a busy distribution and fulfillment center environment (preferably consumer goods/fast moving consumer goods, food and beverage or similar) including supervision of employees and their performance management.
* Experience with advanced order fulfilment, wireless scanning and inventory management computer systems.
Skills/Attributes Required:
* Proficient knowledge of Distribution Center procedure and policy.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Comfortable in a manager’s role while contributing in a hands-on capacity.
* Flexible to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Compensation is highly competitive and USD based. Income tax rate in Bermuda is in the 6-8% range. Excellent benefits, relocation and support while settling into Bermuda is provided.
