This role presents an exciting opportunity to excel in landowner liaison, fostering strong relationships with residential and commercial property owners. As a key point of contact, you will ensure seamless communication about project timelines and property access.
With expertise in land and property acquisition processes, compulsory purchase law, and statutory planning systems, you will negotiate and conclude agreements that benefit all stakeholders. Your experience in stakeholder management and communications will be invaluable in delivering high-quality service delivery and resolving unforeseen risks and issues.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will lead internal assurance of consents applications, ensuring compliance with quality management practices within the construction sector. You will also oversee landowner liaison activities, creating a collaborative culture across the project team and driving effective design decision-making.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
* 7+ years' experience in stakeholder and communications management
* At least 5 years' experience conducting landowner liaison activities across the project lifecycle through to completion in high-value road and/or infrastructure projects or projects of similar scale and complexity
You will be a skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to create a collaborative culture across the project team and govern outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your ability to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environment will be essential in driving effective project delivery.
