Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
* Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate invoicing.
* Prepare and submit returns and other statutory filings through ROS.
* Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and forecasts.
* Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant or similar finance qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting/finance experience.
* Extensive experience using Sage 50, including advanced knowledge of all key functions and reporting features.
* Proficiency with ROS (Revenue Online Service).
* Experience managing payroll, bookkeeping administration, AP, and AR.
