Overview
Technology & Engineering Division Senior Advisor – Technical Support B2B SaaS.
Location: Dublin, Ireland.
Interested in working with one of the best-known SaaS companies whose products are used by most Fortune 500 companies and whose constant tech evolution is changing how businesses engage.
Responsibilities
* Working as a key member of the tech support team in Dublin you will effectively manage technical queries from clients' engineering and tech divisions in relation to the SaaS product
* You will reroute those queries that need a little more expertise
* You will help support new project and product launches
* You will ensure client satisfaction is at the forefront of everything that you do
Offer
* This role will be based onsite in Dublin 2 - in state-of-the-art offices 2-3 days per week. You can work remotely the rest of the week
* The role offers an annual salary of €49,000 per year
* The role will begin initially as an 11-month contract - PAYE - with a good scope for becoming permanent
Qualifications
* You need to have a background in Technical Support/ Helpdesk support in a B2B SaaS environment
* You need to have experience working on a ticketing system
* Excellent communication skills is a must - lots of team and client engagement
* You must have the legal right to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
