We will consider full time, part time and contract arrangements for this role.Role OverviewThe Social and Digital Media Executive will support and execute Cloud 10 Beauty's social media and social commerce strategy. This is a hands on role with direct commercial impact, focused on driving traffic engagement and revenue through social platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok channel sales.You will work closely with the wider content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life across social channels.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Cloud 10 Beauty's social media and social commerce activity in line with agreed strategiesCreate manage and schedule high performing content across all social platformsSupport traffic conversions and revenue from social channels including TikTok ShopBe confident appearing on camera for social content including product education launches and live or recorded formatsManage real time engagement with customers responding to queries comments and messagesSupport influencer marketing activity including affiliate revenue trackingAssist with PR initiatives and events aligned to brand launches and key trading momentsMonitor online conversations trends and competitor activityCreate and upload content for promotional channels including the Cloud 10 Beauty blogTrack performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insightsSupport ROI analysis across social influencer PR and social commerce activityThe Successful Candidate WillBring a positive can do attitude with high energy and initiativeBe confident and comfortable on camera with a social first mindsetUnderstand social commerce and how content supports conversionHave excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high quality workBe a clear engaging writer with strong copy skillsHave a good visual eye with experience using design tools for digital contentCommunicate confidently and work collaboratively with multiple teamsThrive in a fast paced environment and manage competing prioritiesDemonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products ingredients and formulationsBe genuinely curious and committed to continuous learning in the beauty industryEnjoy working as part of a close collaborative and ambitious teamApplication DetailsPlease include a cover letter with your application.
