Your new role As Business Development Manager - Data Centre Specialist (Europe), you will play a key role in driving new business growth across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre environments. This is a field-based role involving regular travel across Europe to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project responsibilities include: Driving new business development within the data centre market Building and maintaining relationships with operators, FM providers, and contractors Identifying opportunities across construction, commissioning, and live environments Collaborating with internal teams to position specialist service solutions Managing complex, long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in business development within data centres or related sectors (e.g. critical environments, technical FM, M&E) A strong understanding of the European data centre landscape An established network or the ability to build relationships within the sector Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures A self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively in a field-based role A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Europe What you'll get in return Base salary of €70,000 Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of €100,000-€110,000 Strong earning potential linked to high-value, multi-year contracts Company pension Mileage and travel expenses covered Opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in expanding its presence in the data centre sector What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
