Responsibilities Sourcing & Candidate Management Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals Screen CVs and assess suitability against role requirements Conduct initial candidate qualification and screening calls where required Build, manage and maintain candidate pipelines for active and recurring roles Manage candidate communications professionally and consistently throughout the process Recruitment Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the ATS/CRM system Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection and follow-up Prepare CVs, candidate packs and submission documentation Support offer administration, contract preparation and onboarding processes Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately tracked and reported Compliance & Process Manage right-to-work checks, ID verification and reference checks Support contractor compliance including documentation, renewals and audits Ensure all records are complete, compliant and audit-ready at all times Adhere to GDPR and data protection requirements across all candidate data Support internal audits, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives INDCRG
