Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that maintenance activities are scheduled and completed to prevent equipment breakdowns, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Manage and maintain the Predictive & Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule based on asset types, manufacturer guidelines, legal requirements through Maximo System.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel as a Facilities Coordinator you will need strong technical skills including proficiency in scheduling software like Maximo. You should also have excellent organizational abilities along with communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Additionally,you must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel to effectively manage data analysis reports.
* Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC,Roofing,Elevator Maintenance,Cleanroom operations etc .
* Solid experience managing PPM schedules efficiently using software tools such as PlanGrid or Procore is essential.
