We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic IFM Manager to lead our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations in Kildare. You’ll be the driving force behind service excellence, innovation, and commercial growth, leading a high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
What you'll do:
1. Drive operational excellence across all IFM service lines, focusing on Technical/Hard FM services.
2. Build and maintain strong client engagement, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
3. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
4. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
5. Maximize financial performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or Engineering Services.
* Technical skills, including knowledge of engineering compliance and standards best practices.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L accounts.
* A proactive, client-focused mindset.
* Ability to innovate and drive change.
