Freelance Planner – Modular Data Centre Project (Carlow / Dublin)We are currently seeking an experiencedFreelance Plannerto support the delivery of alarge-scale Modular Data Centre projectbased acrossCarlow and Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a fast-paced, technically complex project with a well-established delivery team.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 (or equivalent)Integrate modular off-site manufacturing schedules with on-site construction activitiesTrack progress, analyse delays, and provide accurate reporting to the project teamSupport look-ahead planning, short-term programmes, and progress updatesLiaise closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersIdentify risks to programme and propose mitigation measuresRequirementsProven experience as a Planner on large construction or M&E projectsPrevious experience on Data Centre, Pharma, or Modular Construction projects is highly desirableStrong working knowledge of Primavera P6Ability to work independently and manage multiple interfacesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRight to work in IrelandContract DetailsFreelance / Contract positionCompetitive daily rateHybrid working considered (project-dependent)Long-term opportunity on a high-profile project
