Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Solutions Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
* Lead the planning, design, estimation, development and implementation of Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with the development teams as well as directly with customers.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Create comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, high level and detailed design documents, configuration and user guides.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
* Customise D365 applications using out-of-the-box features, custom plugins, workflows, and scripts.
* Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
* Mentor and train junior developers and team members.
* Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the customer.
* Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
* Management of solutions through the application lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated architecture experience leading development of solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies and associated ALM strategies
* Experience delivering Dynamics integrations with APIs or third-party solutions
* Demonstrated experience of leading Dynamics migrations and upgrades
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NET)
* Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
* Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
* Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
* Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Dynamics solutions
* Ability to demonstrate experience with Non-Functional Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
* Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
