The successful candidate will be working 12 hours per week as a ward clerk in the IPU In patient unit Blanchardstown, they will also be available and flexible to provide cover within the Clinical Administration team across Blanchardstown and Raheny over a 7 day roster and this will include weekend cover. The person must... Essential Requirements: Be educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent. Be fully competent in MS Office suite and other relevant packages. Have two years experience in a Clerical/Receptionist/Administration role in a healthcare setting. Have experience in Information Systems. Be flexible and available to work across both sites over a 7 day roster. Desirable Criteria: Ideally have undertaken a secretarial/ computer course. Medical terminology experience an advantage. Experience in the Healthcare sector. Ethnic Equality Monitoring Training.
