Our client, a global leader in compliance and administration solutions, with an expanding office in Dublin currently has a vacancy for a Transaction Associate with 2yrs+ experience. Salary: to €50k Benefits: Bonus, Annual Reviews, 25 days Annual Leave, Hybrid working (2 days from home), Pension, Healthcare and Education Assistance. Total Package:to €70k Taking responsibility for the setup and ongoing administration of special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Acting as the main relationship contact for a designated portfolio of SPVs. Liaising confidently with law firms, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies in Ireland and overseas. Overseeing the full lifecycle of SPV transactions from incorporation to liquidation, migrations, and deal closings in line with established processes. Preparing, updating, and managing corporate documents, resolutions, and service agreements. Reviewing legal and transactional documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practice. Coordinating the signing process for transaction documents and ensuring all closings are well-organised and completed on time. Managing statutory, regulatory, and transactional requirements for SPVs involved in structured finance and securitisation. Leading onboarding activities, including compliance reviews, KYC checks, and initial client setup. Organising board meetings, compiling documentation, and recording minutes when required. Completing Companies Act 2014 filings and carrying out wider company secretarial work. Supporting the delivery of complex, high-value transactions and maintaining strong levels of client confidence throughout. Ensuring high standards of client service through clear communication, accuracy, and attention to detail. Collaborating with internal teams and external advisers on the accounting and tax aspects of SPVs. Managing stock exchange notices, shareholder communications, and other transaction-related administrative tasks. Providing support, coaching, and oversight to junior team members. Representing the organisation professionally in client interactions. Assisting senior management and directors with client initiatives and operational matters. Contributing to industry events, training sessions, and marketing activities. Your Profile: 2 years+ experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environments; Experience with Company Law / Company Secretarial work a BIG PLUS; Exposure to structured finance or capital markets, ideally in the Irish or wider international market; Background in law or business with a relevant degree or professional qualification; Strong communication and client-facing skills; Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines; Comfortable working independently but also collaborative within a team; Motivated, proactive and keen to take on responsibility; Fluent English, written and spoken; Ability to support and mentor junior team members.
