As a Transfer Tour Director, you will oversee the efficient and seamless transfer of EF groups between transportation hubs, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs, while offering an exceptional level of customer service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting groups, coordinating travel logistics, providing insightful guided tours during transfers, ensuring safety and travel schedules are maintained, and addressing last-minute challenges to enhance the traveler experience.QualificationsAbility to manage logistics and schedules while ensuring safety and time efficiency during transfers.Fluency in English; Articulate communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse groups.Flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to dynamic travel-related scenarios.Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry preferred but not required.
