Senior Risk Advisor/Auditor – professional services - Dublin
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional, focusing on risk advisory, internal audit, and process improvement across our operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an auditing qualification and a strong grasp of regulatory and compliance standards, ideally within financial services or professional services.
Responsibilities:
Perform audits, reviews, and testing of key operational processes and controls
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations
Monitor areas of regulatory interest and ensure compliance with evolving requirements
Analyse delivery practices for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs/KPIs
Identify and recommend process improvements and support remediation efforts
Collaborate with finance and jurisdiction leads to address gaps and minimise risk
Prepare clear management reporting on audit activities and outcomes
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in auditing, risk, or compliance (financial services or professional services preferred)
Strong understanding of offshore regulatory environments (an advantage)
Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to analyse complex data sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings clearly.
