A 23-month structured programme that provides participants with the opportunity to be part of a site-based operations and manufacturing team, with exposure to cutting-edge technology varying from traditional manufacturing processes to additive manufacturing and robotics.

The programme focuses on developing the skillset, mindset, and toolkit of each participant to enable them for success within manufacturing operations. Participants will be responsible for participating in various project teams, working with a highly creative manufacturing team to invent and develop innovative new product concepts, implementing new manufacturing processes and technology, and providing process validation support both internally and with vendors.

Our ideal candidate will have a Level 8 or above Mechanical/Manufacturing/Biomedical/Electrical/Electronic/Software/Digital/BIS/Project Management Discipline-Based Degree, attained by September 2026. A self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
