Cpl is seeking a talented and experienced Science & Engineering Recruitment Consultant based in Galway to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of Ireland’s largest and most successful recruitment agencies.

The role will be based in our Galway office, with hybrid working available after successful completion of the probation period.

The Role:
* Build a personal book of business with clients in Galway and the wider region.
* Focus on a STEM-specialist desk – Permanent & Temporary roles.
* Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs through developing long-term client relationships.
* Source high-quality candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and employer branding.
* Manage and develop client accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Lead by example, demonstrating Cpl’s best practices and core values.
* Contribute positively to social media to enhance networking, candidate sourcing, and client relations.
* Handle recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding, aligned with client needs.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in a recruitment agency role (desired).
* Strong track record in business development and achieving/exceeding targets.
* Proactive attitude, able to identify and act on opportunities independently.
* Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and focus on delivery.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, with a positive attitude.
* Customer-centric approach.
* Self-motivated and proactive in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
