Your Role

Key Responsibilities
* Panel Repairs: Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels with precision and care.
* Tool Proficiency: Use a range of panel beating tools and equipment to realign, weld, and refit panels.
* Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet Audi's manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
* Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-repair inspections to guarantee top-quality workmanship.
* Materials Handling: Work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and composites.
* Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with Audi's repair standards and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
* Level 6 Certificate in Vehicle Body Repairs or a related field
* Proven experience as a panel beater, preferably with premium vehicle brands
* Expertise in using panel beating tools, including welding and reshaping equipment
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to safety protocols
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* A valid driver's license
