Job Title: Strategy and Transformation Professional
Seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in delivering and implementing transformation and reform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results by working closely with managers and the wider team.
* Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout delivery.
* Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide statistical returns/documentation for internal and external audiences.
* Escalate key issues and risks related to projects or initiatives to line managers and senior management teams.
Essential Criteria:
* A qualification at minimum level 8 in a related subject.
* Experience working in a project/change/portfolio management or continuous improvement role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of information.
* Proven ability to deliver results, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
