Excel Recruitment are searching for a Head Chef for a restaurant in Galway. This is a restaurant, renowned for its quality food and service and our client is seeking an experienced chef to continue to grow the team and reputation. We are seeking applications from candidates who have worked at Sous Chef or Head Chef level in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel who has a passion for outstanding food quality anf excellent customer service. This person will understand the importance of training and coaching a team to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
