Job Title: Document Management Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our team in Limerick as a Document Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee electronic documentation and records management on site.
* Execute, maintain, and administer document management systems.
* Support initial program startup and routine operation of the site, including support for site inspection readiness and execution.
* Support start-up and routine operation of the document and records management program execution, including:
o Document management
o Revision and change control
o Quality systems support
o Audit support
o Records management
Essential Requirements:
* Attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Reliability
* Experience with GDP
* Rarely required: A relevant third-level business or science qualification with at least 3 years' work experience ideally from a regulated industry.
