Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are now seeking a number of Commercial Account Executives to join our Dublin / Wexford / Limerick offices. These full‑time, permanent roles are based in any of our office locations across Ireland.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Manage client/prospect relationships and grow your portfolio with appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.
* Negotiate with insurers to obtain best‑in‑class coverage & terms that match client requirements.
* Service the client relationship and ensure placements are completed within deadlines.
* Ensure client information and sales plans are kept up to date.
* Build a sales pipeline of business opportunities to meet sales targets.
* Proactively seek out commercial opportunities and partnerships.
* Build strong working relationships across Gallagher teams, treating others fairly and respectfully.
* Manage renewals lists within required timelines, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Obtain renewal information from clients for review and rebidding.
* Prepare and issue submissions to market using online systems, written submissions or calls to insurers as required.
* Issue client renewal terms and supporting policy documents, debiting premium as required.
* Validate insurer’s policy documentation for accuracy and timely issue in hard and soft copy formats.
* Maintain MCC compliance and CPD hours (4 hours quarterly), ensuring full disclosure of issues in line with compliance and legislative requirements (CPC, AML/TF, F&P, etc.).
* Deliver the highest level of client service to maximise client retention.
* Provide advice on policy implications, including conditions and exclusions.
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in an Account Executive role in a brokerage/insurance environment.
* Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) with acknowledgement to your MDI qualification (MCC role).
* Extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, products and services.
* Robust industry network and client market knowledge.
