Job Title: Shareholder Services And Real Estate Operations, Senior Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our SSGA Europe Limited Shareholder Services operations team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of Real Estate activity.
Main Responsibilities:

* Process payment expenses, including ongoing reporting
* Prepare VAT returns
* Record, allocate, and reconcile rent and other income for property funds
* Cash forecasting, exposure monitoring, verification of fund valuations
* Investigate and resolve queries from third parties and portfolio managers
* Apply understanding of complex internal structures and context surrounding information being processed to perform daily activities
* Respond to and resolve complex issues on a case-by-case basis in a timely manner following established operating procedures
Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3 years in financial services
* Strong time management capabilities
* Ability to work in a complex, global, fast-paced environment
* Deliver solid action-oriented results quickly in a hybrid work environment
* Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
* Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
