Team / Role Overview:This is an AVP level position within the Middle Office Oversight team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all OTC (Over the Counter) transactions originating from client trading desks are processed. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance of any transaction capture exceptions, assisting with OTC cash settlement and trade confirmations and the general investigation of client securities and derivatives transaction issues as they arise.What you will do:Assist with the investigation and resolution of any trade capture issues that may arise, ensuring that all client OTC bookings are captured successfully each day.Ensure all OTC trade bookings are fully confirmed to with the counterparties, leveraging Markit Trade ManagerApprove and process all bilateral OTC cash settlements and adhere to all MPP guidelines.Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solutionPerform daily reconciliation processes and investigate all breaks that arise thoroughlyActively participate on recurring service calls, both internally and with our clients.
